I am not sure China has any real wave resource.

For me the big one would be the USA. Especially with all the Obama pushing of green energy etc.

My guess is that the timeline might run something like

Announce Commercial Agree on WA site
Announcements re commissioning of equipment
Announcements of other deals

Any one know what sort of wave sources are around India? I know the Maldives are good for waves but they are way off the coast of India?

Also any one have any idea what would happen to an array if there was a Tsunami?
