i think yours are spot on.
im only refering to the shares to be issued under convertable notes. 1/4 of those will be in escrow. (i m in both rounds and i just received the letter )
also assuming Gina Reinhart and other instos hold theirs for at least 12 months, the true percentage maybe more than 70%...
