The conservatism here is nauseating........... what happened ?

The spike went t0 ~ 56c on the smell of an agreement to acquire CDC...........paid a small deposit and to start the DD process.................ie. nothing set in concrete but an excellent idea and strategic fit

Optimism at its best and sp was happy to accept markets understanding and the sp spiked only to return to around 33c.............Fair value in my eyes.

Then the delay upon delay and now a supposedly last hiccup and a result that does not change terms of agreement and the sp is still floundering around 25c-27c. Now we are on the eve of an IMMINENT ann that was alluded to months ago and we still sit under 30c..........why? Is it a case of once bitten twice shy and nothing is done until it's done.

Why will the spike only travel 50% of the distance that it travelled in the past with the difference now being it could be sealed and settled as opposed to the last time when the company still had to undergo some DD, leasing stuff and so on

I think you are all playing the safe card in your projections...........it makes the whole thing look so much better if your highest projection is still 30% - 50 % short of where it will end up............ Lets see what eventuates but I like cream on top of my milk
