I think it would do great things for the stock if further cash needs were done without dilution ...really really great things.
When the raise came up short for the NYSE offering it left me wondering if the cash was unavailable or if they'd received financing proposals for alternate means of getting the cash that provided the confidence that the cash without dilution solution was already within reach
