I think the price is important but we need about $150 million or more to get the pilot running.
at 15 cents a CDI this is 1 billion new shares and at 20 cents is 750 million new CDI. The dilution difference is 24% or 31% by my rough calculations with the larger number of shares.
obviously the higher the better but without the funds we are going no where
it would be best to get the show on the road with 1.9 million acres there will be plenty left to aim for a takeover by a bigger player wit EUR from EEG and TBN after a couple of years.
