Honestly ENR market cap now 11million more than HAV. Rofl

Why do I mention this ? It's an example of how two companies have designed a fair and reasonable agreement for all not just one.

ENR doesn't even have an inferred resource. Oh they have a smart director who has been able to organise and manage the following.

Why can't our directors organise something other than a dogs breakfast


ENR did a simple transaction with NCM where NCM fund drilling and exploration across several tenements while ENR does the exploration and if a resource is found ENR can then co contribute or take royalty. Free carry basically.

Also IOG has 9.3 percent stake and SLR has just come on board taking 5.3 percent in a placement which has meant IOG also took stock up to maintain their percentage which in turn increased cash raised.

Bugger all overheads 3.9million cash in bank NCM paying for drilling exploration along with IOG on other exploration targets.

ENR Sitting in a sweet spot. Was 7.5cents 2months ago. Now with its ducks all in a row its up to 14cents.
