Back to AVB, I have noted that a lot of posters are typing like they think the $12M is a forgone conclusion. It isn't, and even if/when it is announced the market will respond accordingly based on what type of funding it is and its terms (capital raise/forward metals contract etc etc). Although this will go a long way to derisking the stock, there is always a small chance it wont go ahead as these contacts always have a get out clause. So I would wait until the $$$ come in before counting the chickens.
