    i suppose it depends on the current number of shareholders, from whats being said they are looking to raise $20m - $10m from sophisticated investors and $10m from us little guys through a ssp. and at .029c each for $10m that would give you 344m shares and if you have give a maximum of $5k allotments they need to have under 200 shareholders ( if my maths are correct)
