why do countries need to print money if they can get money from taxes and they can reduce government spending?

money printing is something that happens when a system where they have no option
eg in zimbawe the country wasnt producing anything due to magabe kicking out the farmers and they need money to pay public servants so they cranked up the printing press

but the us is a completely different story

you don't think they could meet debts with that kind of money
