    After the recommendation from the BOD in support of what I believe to be an underwhelming offer, I have also voted against the 4 resolutions.

    I am a long (long) way away from Papabuy's Top 15 level of shares, but looking at the Annual Report's shareholder statistics I'm at around the Top 20%.
