My comments to you cujo are in response to your statements which miss the mark completely.

You are asking about the backgrounds of the people involved. This is completely the wrong question, as the current directors have excellent backgrounds (on paper) yet have produced an absolutely shocking result for shareholders.

A better question is what are the new lot going to do? For starters, they are going to get rid of the old lot. Even if they are replaced by monkeys, or by random decision makers, you'd have to think shareholders will be better off in future. I mean, you can't do much worse than NEGATIVE 99% - which is what the current lot have done. (Yes, I know ABC Childcare has managed to do worse!!)

As far as I'm aware, gdavid's team will be required to make their intentions known to shareholders prior to any EGM to get rid of the current directors. So I'm sure we'll see lots more info soon.
