What are their qualifications?

We know lots about the current directors - glowing resumes, great history of running previous companies like Qantas and mentions of Cochlear (OK, there's also Babcock and Brown on the list...).
We also know their current performance in running VCR. Unless you're happy with the current share price, may I suggest that having a glowing resume has sweet FA to do with running a company in the interests of shareholders.
I stress the last point. No doubt the current team are doing a great job of running VCR in the interests of current directors and executives.
It's a sad fact that in the majority of companies, the interests of shareholders and directors do not align.
