Ok i'll put it this way, someone comes and knocks on your door.
He tells you he has a brilliant idea and wants you to trust him with your money as he impliments his idea.

What do you do?

Do you trust him without knowing his background or do you ask him what his qualifications are and experience in such matters?

As an aside i'm wondering if the other 2 nominated directors are posters on this forum.
If they are i would be concerned.
