Well that's not a very inspiring post CBD.
Personally, I think we're just about done..
The model of regional deals with small upfronts is a failure in my opinion. The majority of the upfronts would probably be consumed by legal costs. I can also imagine the admin trying to control regional deals and royalty payments would also be complicated...
The company's prospects may be breathtaking but so is its incineration of money...
It can't continue this way because it has become blatantly obvious that the deal flow is too slow, the deals are structured in a way that if the product launch were to fail, we get nothing....
I am happy to admit this is the second worst investment I have ever made. I blame no one other than myself but strangely, I now hope the thing fails so it's finally over... This typifies the best example of a WOFTAM.....
