NMS board were clearly powerless and if i ever see Lange struttn he can expect a mouthful of verbal. couldn't get to the meeting due to real world commitments, had i have been there i would have changed the tone. seriously, these managers are supposed to be professional businessmen. I remember posting my views about consolidation processes and the same old line about individual businesses in their own right defended this. back to the gut feel argument i guess. then got too far out of the money and that's when i resided myself to not selling. CL is and will always be the draconian director that he has shown he is capable of being. people are obviously scared to stand up to him.
