There is currently negative sentiment in the sector as a whole and appears that this company is punished a lot more compared to its bigger size peers that have had decent runs before the dip. Affirm's recent results did not helped either.
Nevertheless, industry sentiment can change anytime. What BNPL companies are currently setting up is akin to laying the foundation for future opportunities. Given that they are in the (fin)tech space and their persistence in getting to the masses, opportunities exist to tap revenue in established revenue sources (like advertising), but also greenfield opportunities.
