not sure you understand the business, paul is a patient disciplined investor, if he buys assets over priced, you wil pay for it down the track. also if they hit a decent discovery you do not want to go to the market and issue more shares. i agree dissapointing performance, but have patience, oil is heading higher so any discoveries could have a significant rerating!
