You'd think there wasn't much point selling access to the Laurel (and oil etc) in BRU to buy into OBL's access to the Laurel. Maybe they might see extra leverage in 25-37.5% of Derby vs ~3.5% of BRU but I'm not entirely sure about that. Given the likely wet gas hits I suppose it would give them a win if their Goldwyer acreage doesn't pan out especially well for them.
