Plenty of other major pharmaceutical companies could offer a price that Mesoblast shareholders would be happy with, then run with the suite of drugs, research and I.P. and shortcut studies as Mesoblast has done all the previous hard work. Very similar process happens in the mining industry with mining leases sold and historical drilling and survey results sold too. There is a price to pay for everything in this world and Mesoblast is sitting on a gold mine of wealth and knowledge for the right buyer.
