Hi JDV I really think they would be aware of this. I think you will see the results no later than Friday. Their real issue is losing control of those options that are unable to be exercised, but then again any brokerage that is confident about FMS can always pick up large numbers of options at .001 on Monday even if the heads are well in the money.
