    I think this is still a good long term play but I suspect that nothing is "imminent" regarding licence approval. You are right when you say there is no real evidence that application has actually been submitted. Many of us assumed (myself included) that outlined timetable was on track. I'm confident that it will happen eventually though. Cuppa, my words going nuts now same as yours yesterday..
