Please help all that are interested by telling us, if you do know, has this company formally applied for any or all of these licences. If you know they have, please provide links (proof) of anns that categorically state this.

Apologies for trying to cut a corner or two with researching, but hey thought we could use the HC forum for something useful rather than the dribble the majority on here have been carrying on with. Also, attempting to get people focusing on the stuff that might actually assist us all to solve the puzzle of the 'likelys' -v- the 'unlikelys'.

Up and/or down rampers need not apply.

Based on Legal opinion as per above there is no reason why AusCann will not obtain all approvals and permits required to carry out its proposed operations in Australia.
