Correct. It did make me look around the room at the ODC sessions and note the amount of people that would fail the basic requirements. Given the risk of return and possible future deregulation consequences. That money can be better invested.....as of late with people already doing the hard work like AC8 these are good shorter term propositions with none of the headache.
