Anyone else but into BTC for its POOLED DEVELOPMENT FUND (preferential TAX treatment) status.
In the VOTE ... my vote will be against the motion to relinquish the PDF (Pooled development fund) status.
May be some grounds to Relax BUT lets NOT be COMPLACENT (juts because in the past they have previous voted to allows Directors to relinquish the PDF status - can be thankful it has not yet happened.
Reckon this PDF status adds incredible potential value ... imagine TAX FREE (tax exempt) capital gains & TAX FREE (tax exempt) dividends.
YEAH - thats good reason to vote ... vote against the motion to relinquish the PDF status
