PILBARA IRON ORE PROJECT
With the MMK Scheme Implementation Agreement in
place, Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) activities for the March quarter were restricted to those that do not have
the potential to breach the terms of that agreement.
While this has restricted FMS from continuing ongoing
discussions with non-independent infrastructure
providers, discussions are ongoing with three potential
independent providers of rail and port infrastructure as
are discussions with and submissions to the Western
Australian Department of State Development (DSD) and
the Dampier Port Authority (DPA).
