    To get over voltage drop, Ergon run higher voltage lines up the coast, you know the ones people complain about going high over their homes and farms.

    At our house we have higher and thicker cables carrying the
    higher voltage , for we live on a main street.

    Below them are the ones that come into our house.


    I was told that electricity is much like transporting water.

    The more you want, the bigger the pipe and more pressure to go the distance.

    I am no sparky, but can understand logic.
