So the company gives 4 million to a related party, who loans back over $300,000 , probably at 36 per cent interest per annum.
This is how they blew up way over 100 million , and didn't mine ,and rather sampled.
Also they raised about millons with a capital raise saying they were going to commenced mining , and only sampling.
