    CCC raised $20m mid last year from Socius CG to pay for the Mashala 36% balance - the deadline for which was Nov 2011. I don't know if funds raised for the acquisition are still available or not. Would be shocked if CCC had to issue MORE shares for Mashala. CCC need approximately $9m to pay for the remaining 17% of Mashala. Perhaps some details will be given on this in the quarterly.
