Humphrey thanks for answering the question asking if you had other business relationships with OGX. Direct answer and appreciated. Note I wasn't implying anything secretive -just that life is too short to beat around the bush.

You have hit the ground running with enthusiasm and despite the fact that I have a different take on some of the issues, you have a legitimate point of view.

I received a reply from Mark, and I didn't ask for permission to share it, however, I can say that he was unaware of growing dissent, the company does not monitor Hot Copper, and he implores anyone with questions to ask them (which you have clearly done).

In relation to the CSIRO assay lab, they have taken the position that they will not utilise anything that is not industry standard in the restart of operations, (and that is a reasonable policy at this sensitive stage) but that it will be considered later. My area of tertiary study is technology and innovation management, and I think a more prudent approach is to investigate all innovations before shelving them, particularly one from the prestigious CSIRO. It may lead to a doubling up of costs to implement later when a far superior system with numerous benefits (as I believe this is) could be potentially be utilised initially.

Regarding the possible shareholder action, I am all for advancing our operation and taking the hard decisions, but I would not like us to take action that could be seen as brutal or ruthless, without giving the board a reasonable opportunity to respond to the questions put to them.

Yes, we want fairness, progress and decisive action, but let's not rush to vilify. I urge a measured and cautious approach to establish the facts before releasing any lynch mob.
