I think in the first instance a call to OGX themselves might be in order before anyone goes down the legal route. Yes, some mistakes have definitely been made, but one thing I think they have definitely got right is the involvement of Anglo. Purely and simply, Management previously didn't have the expertise, but now they do.

Off topic slightly, but I'm part way through reading the implications for gold when the imminent debt crisis hits. If OGX are up and producing at the time I suspect they stand to do very well out of the resulting rise in POG.
