well, things havent been perfect but at least the plant is going up soon and production starting.
they seem to have enough cash to take them through commissioning and into production.
if thats the way government departments work in brazil no wonder the country is in a deep recession.
if they want to expand it maybe better to get a local supplier.
as brazil is a big importer of mining equipment i wonder, as i have said, if they used an appropriate
import agent? any agent experienced in importing mining equipment would have known the requirements.
maybe they just p#ssed someone off or werent "obliging" enough.
