Yes an IBAC is desperately needed , with teeth , and the courage to truly question the perpetrators of these actions and hold them to account ,retrospectively would be very appropriate , but it would seriously be opening an abomination that will go on for decades . The depths, profiteering and depravity of these actions many simply wouldn't comprehend , but when viewed en masse and in some cases that these are multinational companies , basically initiating crimes seemingly at the bequest of the Aust ( and state ) government , against Australian citizens should be a good starting point .

Do our politicians realise what others are doing in their name ?

Often contrary to the contents of the crimes act , the wrongs act , charters of human rights (vic) , corporations act ,discrimination act ,disability act ,surveillance act ,im sure the list is near endless to a lawyer with the intestinal fortitude ,if indeed that lawyer exists (perhaps Bernard Collaery )
What indeed is our constitution ? and as citizens , what protections do we have under it ? Do Australian citizens even have any rights ? In particular when challenging an unjust multibillion dollar multinational corporation in disgraceful circumstances ? I see it happening repeatedly and the mounting mountain of complaints and evidence of such (refer vic ombudsman reports 2016,2019 and recently released Rozen report as a starting point . ) should be enough to concern every Australian ,on behalf of your children if nothing else .
