I would say that the fact the Trident has left the Middle East all the way to Australia for a two week (??) decom job for Apache tells us that the major contract alluded to in BRR is more smoke and mirrors and has a slim to none chance.You don't get or retain work in the Middle East without demonstrating a commitment to that region.The expectations of Qatar Gas particularly with this tender is to have an established office there with assets to support the IMR program, its why there is no award pending. Other companies have established offices with fit for purpose North Sea spec IMR support vessels in the region that have TMS deployed WROV onboard or built into a moonpool, transversely the Trident is an ex anchor handler with a mezzanine deck and a freeswim ROV. It is not exactly high tech put it that way.
