Hi Chandlerbayou, i have no doubt that refinancing will occurr. However, the ships do need to be kept reasonably busy in order to generate cash to repay the loans etc. I know of the industry slowdown but Lange in his last BRR alluded that it was beginning to pick up especially in Australia and ME.
Are you aware of how much work the ships are getting and short term prospects for work. The industry can't be down for to much longer, surely - one would think.
