those vessels are very expensive if they are not being utilised. hope they have been nice to their bankers. based on the info currently at hand i think that this one will live.

that said i have a nagging suspicion in the back of my mind that the previous low of 17c might be getting another look...unless of course they get a proper contract win, or the PEs decide to set off a bidding war and winding up paying more than they might otherwise need to. and not sure where clough are in the mix of potential suitors but they are probably more than silly enough to want to pay well over the money!
