The notion previous directors did not hold substantial share they did not pay for. It is obvious that you only know a little of this company. As an unlisted company the share price was $5.00 later $3.00 and some of the old directors owned a large percentage. So now for the sp to be 8 cents it is easy for you to say there is not a lot of dollar value. Try multiplying it by $5.00 and tell me it not much.
