I'm putting in my guess of NPV 1.4b. Personally I think the NPV will come out similar to B&C's unrisked valuation, but maybe a little lower because I think they might use a higher discount rate in the PFS.
I think the share price will go up after the PFS. Even though the NPV might not be very different from what we are expecting on HC, I think it will be more meaningful to the wider market than other valuations, and hence it will prompt those currently sitting on the sidelines watching to get into action.
