    Do we have legal rights to get counting redone in case resolution 5 passes. As I know we have posted our proxy to them. Do we really trust them that they have counted every vote properly. 75% shares are held by othr than top 40 holders. I am pretty sure out of these 75% atleast 60% would have volted NO.

    Can ASIC be involved here?

    We don't trust these guys. They are capable of doing anything.
