Today CIG is a one cent stock with a market cap of $13 million.
At 30th. June 2008, CIG held over 24 million PRU shares.
Today PRU is trading at $3.25.
CIG made the horrendous decision imo to sell out of PRU, and was selling at the bottom of the market in the 2008 GFC. In fact CIG's persistent selling probably helped create that bottom in the 20s.
That decision looks like it has cost CIG and its shareholders tens of millions of dollars.
let's pretend it never happened ...
