it’s not about WSA it’s about their shareholders. If I’m PPT for example I’d be talking behind the scenes about what’s changed since the offer was lodged. Smaller instos and retail I reckon are getting restless with Nickel doing what it’s done.
I reckon the odds of it getting thru are reducing as Ni rises as hard as it has. If they sweeten with a scrip alternative then if Ni retraces so does IGO scrip, they don’t get stuck like they would if they raise the cash bid.
Just a theory.
