GVF are already working in the background and have been for some time. They have the votes to call an EGM but I don't think they have the support of the wider shareholder base hence why this wasn't done. If there was an EGM, I'd definitely vote with them.
Its a bit disappointing that FPC delayed their schedule, it was also disappointing that they will do an equal access buyback vs a full conversion like some of the other funds that have converted to date. Feels like a grab for management fees.
