I would imagine however that this trial can't be done half hearted, the leukemia patients won't be alive and kicking if they need to wait 16 months for treatment. In fact they probably would need tratment within 16 days of being recruited.
I would therefore argue that this phase trial is postponed despite the comments from 4S.
