Those sellers lack conviction. Volume is extremely low and the price has been rising strongly for 3 months in an otherwise uncertain market. I'd say we've still got a positive expectation with VBA thanks to that rise. What's needed is for the price to pick up on volume which ought to come when the EU makes an affirmative resolution.
