The one thing I am confused about is constant talk about 20c SP upon re-listing. There seems to be two general views on this forum: 20c opening or 35c opening. Can someone with experience in these things please explain what we should expect with opening share price?

My hope is that the opening SP will be a base of 35c and the CR will be open to existing investors at a discounted 20c to help reduce our average if we wanted (restricted to 1 20c share for every 5 ordinary shares held, or something similar.)

I tried to point this out maybe 100 times. When not every share is being consolidated, the rule 20x consol means 20x SP does not apply.
