A few friends in addition to myself (all looking to hold long term) are looking at voting no re- the CR. Besides the poor communication between management and holders, I think the CR should be around 20:1 for a fair deal. Although extremely unlikely, it would be interesting to see the reaction if renegotiation were to occur. It's difficult to say whether GridComm would walk or not, however given how long the process has taken, i'd guess that they'd rather renegotiate.

Some communication from management (via Facebook/Twitter) would be nice, their representative seems to be observing comments on here every so often (yes, that means you). ODN should face up and explain the CR rather than go into hiding again. I'd like to see them convince me otherwise re- the CR vote, but at this stage that would be near impossible to do.
