Unlikely.
The inside circle (who hold most of the stock) will vote this through.
If I am wrong and enough ordinary holders exist to vote against then maybe Gridcomm will be forced back to the table - or face a more costly IPO.
If they refuse, so be it - 65-70% loss vs 90-95% (ODN back to 0.1 or 0.2c). The few thousand bucks of difference would be worth to see the ODN management screwed for all the angst they have caused.
You would only vote for this if you were convinced GRD will fly after the RTO - and with no details of sales numbers or even realistic forecasts I have zero confidence in them.
Without the details Gridcomm is just a nice innovative idea (that I'm falling out of love with more and more) and nothing else.
