if there is no demand and need for nbn then rudd is going to rip of the oz taxpayer with his extravegance.
may be there shuold be a referendam held to see if the oz taxpayer wants to pay much higher taxes for something only a few only need.
if rudd wont hold a referendum then maybe turnbull should seek a double dissolution of parliament the same way they got rid of that whitlam bumbler.
