That said, these types of machinations and claim and counter claims within the market are not unusual when there is a distressed and near terminal stock up for takeover or similar. What is the status of the SGR market announcement yesterday as to those inbound unsolicited inquiries? Should the ASX market regulator follow up on these notifications?
