Lets say, all the directors and Dave have a spare $15 thousand lounging around or if not,because things are tough all round they could manage to borrow the money like I'm sure some of us do and purchase their full allotment. I'd say most of us would pat them on the back and think wonderful thoughts like "wow they must be confident etc). Now lets say after a period of time the SP rose to 3c and they sold half of those shares to pay that debt down or take a profit like I'm sure some of us would more than likely do. We'd say !!!!!!!!!.
