    Over many years I have lost about $150,000 to companies where the complex nature of who owns what is a problem.

    I almost invested in QIN last year but was warned off by a mate.

    Lawyers and accountants love this stuff and really it should be illegal.

    What a disgusting mess for innocent investors.
